Can all the hard water on my windows be removed?:
A- With our standard window cleaning price we provide stage 1 hard water removal. Stage 1 is hard water corrosion that sits on the surface of the glass. Questions About Window Cleaning
Are there any restrictions with the inside & out cleaning price?:
A- Sun-rooms, atrium windows, skylights, window boxes, french or windows with dividers on outside of glass are not included in pricing. Generally older model homes may have some of these unique features. If you have sunscreens there may be an additional charge if there is double the amount of screens. Our office staff will help you with any questions you have concerning extra charges that may apply.
How do I know if I have cut-up (divided) windows?:
A- On most homes the dividers are usually between the glass panes (which doesn't affect window cleaning procedure or pricing). However, some homes have the dividers on the outside of the glass pane.
A- You can easily tell if your cut-ups are on the outside of the pane by running your hand across the glass. Cleaning divided windows can take a crew 5 to 15 minutes extra on each pane to clean, which is why there is an extra charge.
What are window boxes?:
A- A window box is a glass extension from your home usually in the kitchen either over the sink or over the dining area. The price varies by size.
What is a sun-room?
A- A sun-room is an additional room added to your home that is generally covered corner to corner with windows. Some sun-rooms may have more windows than the entire home. If you have a sun-room please feel free to call us and we can set up a time for us to come out and give you your bid.
